I build and manage the operations, systems, and workflows that keep everything moving behind the scenes, You think, I make sure it actually happens.
This isn’t task management. It’s operational ownership. I don’t wait to be told what to do. I look at how your business runs, spot where things are breaking, and fix them.
This is for you if:
And this is not for you if:
I build your business operating system inside Notion;Create internal wikis, SOPs, meeting notes, and team knowledge bases
I build your complete client experience workflow inside Dubsado; so every client gets a consistent, professional experience from first enquiry to final delivery.
I build board systems for client delivery, content pipelines, or team workflows; so work moves through predictably without anyone chasing updates.
I set up your full client lifecycle inside GHL;Â so new clients move through your process consistently every time.
I design and implement your entire operations hub;so it stays clean and usable as you grow.
I provide operational support for founders and small business owners; so your systems are running, your processes are working, and nothing important falls through.
I document how work actually flows in your business and turn it into clear, reusable SOPs, so your team knows exactly what to do and nothing depends on memory or guesswork.Â
Repetitive tasks automated so your team spends time on work that matters. From client onboarding sequences to internal handoffs and recurring task triggers; I map it and build it.
Clear communication flows, onboarding processes for new team members, and a coordination system that doesn’t rely on one person holding everything together.

With clear ownership, deadlines, and visibility across your team. No more tasks living in inboxes or Slack threads.

Operations & Business Growth Professional with 9+ years experience across government, consulting, digital/creative agencies.Â
Before I build anything, I map how work flows through your business, where the gaps are, and what a properly structured back end should look like.
I turn the knowledge that lives in your head into documented, repeatable processes your team can actually follow.Â
I keep your team aligned without you having to be the middle person, so projects move forward and nothing waits on you.
Building a system is only half the job. I stay on to make sure it keeps working, I don’t build and disappear.

Your business is running. But the operational layer underneath it is barely holding together.
9 years working inside real organisations; government, outsourcing, consultancy. I’ve seen operational breakdown from the inside and know exactly how to fix it.
Most freelancers deliver and disappear. I build your systems and stay on to keep them running. That’s where real operational value lives.
No cookie-cutter frameworks. I map how your business actually works before recommending anything, then build around your reality — not a template.
I notice when something’s about to break and handle it before you have to ask. You shouldn’t need to manage your operations person.
Everything You Need to Know Before We Work Together
An OBM or a Systems VA is different from a general virtual assistant. Rather than handling task-based admin, I focus on the operational layer of your business; building processes, setting up and maintaining project management tools, documenting how work flows, and coordinating your team. Think of it as having a part-time operations manager, not a task executor.
Both, but retainers are my preference and produce better results. Operations isn't a one-time fix; it needs consistent maintenance. I do take on scoped one-off projects (SOP creation, tool setup, onboarding documentation) and most of those clients move to a retainer once they experience the difference.
I'm tool-agnostic and work with whatever your business already uses. Most commonly: Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Dubsado, Notion, Google Workspace, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Slack, DocuSign, and Zapier. If you're not using any project management tool yet, I'll recommend the right one for your business during our onboarding.
I work remotely and align fully to US Eastern or UK time zones depending on the client. We agree a communication rhythm on the discovery call — usually daily async check-ins with a weekly video call.
Yes. I offer a 30-day pilot period at the Starter rate so we can assess fit without a long-term commitment. If it's working well for both of us, we move to an ongoing retainer. Ask me about this on the discovery call.
