Most businesses don’t stall because the founder lacks ideas. They stall because operations can’t keep up. The process lives in one person’s head, the tools don’t connect, and nobody is watching the whole picture.
I’ve spent nine years fixing exactly that. I’ve built and run a remote staffing and outsourcing operation, which meant managing distributed people, quality control, client expectations and handoffs across time zones. I’ve coordinated delivery on software and platform projects, and advised government and consultancy teams on how their work actually gets done.
That skill matters more now, not less. Most workflows today are part human, part AI. Someone has to design that chain, check what comes out of it, and make sure it holds. That’s what I do, aligned to US Eastern or UK hours, with async updates during the week and a live weekly review.
